He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Larabie (Jerry); his parents, Lawrence Murphy and Hazel Murphy (Amell); and his siblings, Francis (Eva), Earl, Pat and Penny Jean.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Larabie; and his siblings, Ronald (late Sue), Edward (late Twyla), Danial (Shirley), Barbara Noxel (late Lewis), Marion Plante (late Raymond) and Marie Gosselin (late Yvon). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Memorial donations, in Claude's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
