He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Douglas and Marjorie Douglas. He is survived by: his children, Dale, Cynthia Teravich (Mike), Kevin (Jackie), Michelle, Dawn and Lindsay; his siblings, Keith Douglas (Deborah) and Sharon Cooke (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Josh, Jessica, Brooke, Kyle and Patrick. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
