She was predeceased by: her husband Nicola Moccia; her parent Andrius Slakaitis; her adoptive parent Vivianne (Roland Hardy); and her brothers, Raymond Hardy and Marcel Hardy.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Lee (Keith), Michael, Mark (Maryanne) and Susanne Cimino (Frank); her grandchildren, Michael (Dara), Kyle (Melanie), Kara Weidinger (Kale), Jacob, Frank, Andrew and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Enzo, Iris, Daphne and Leni; and her siblings, Doris Hardy and Jean-Guy Hardy (Monique).
Donations in memory of Dahlia may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
