Denise Ruddy Obituary
It is with a great sadness and a heavy heart that our family announce the passing of Denise Ruddy, on October 11, 2021 at the age of 79 years old. She was a cherished wife and mother. Denise was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was dedicated to her family, grandchil-dren. She would love when the grand kids would come for a visit or call just to say hi, was car-ing, loving, helpful. She loved watching cooking shows and how to shows for things like quilting. Denise leaves behind her loving son Steven, grandmother to Sarah Alward, Christa Alward, sis-ter to Monique Godon and brother Marcel Lapointe (Dianne). She was predeceased by her hus-band Ronald and their daughter Lisa Alward, her parents Lionel and Simone Lapointe.
The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses Niagara Health System, Port Colborne, for their amazing compassion for Denise. Additionally, we would also like to thank St Elizabeth Home Care Nurses for their home care. Honouring her wishes cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held Tuesday October 19, 2021 at 2:30pm at Holy Cross Cemetery.
