He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Lloyd Rice and Ella Rice; and his brother Harold Rice (Alethe). He is survived by: his children, David (Ruth), Janet Wight (Clyde), Brian (Diane) and Paul (Hanh); his grandchildren, Jennifer Newkirk, Cristin Gallo, Brody Wight, Matthew Rice, Lindsay Evens and Sarah Rice; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Isaac, Marisa, Braden, Vivian, Wilder and Valmay.
