She is survived by : her children, Pamela Cull (Clayton), Laurel Horton (Phil), Andrea Turl (Don) and Chris Dow; her grandchildren, Ashley, Eric, Amber, Jessica and Wesley; her siblings, Eileen Robinson, Carlyn Carter, Ervin Carter and Colleen Carter. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews as well as her brothers and sisters at the kingdom Hall. Predeceased by her parents Frederick and June Carter.
