She was predeceased by: her husband Terry; and her son Terry. She is survived by: her children, Tami McGowan, Tracey Cruise, Tara Gabel (Rick) and David Lindey (Heather); her daughter-in-law Heather Lindey; her grandchildren, Trevor, Stacey, Christopher, Todd, Erika, Josh, Ben, Jason, Kacie, Parker and Turner; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Allison, Nathan, Charlie and Elliott; and her siblings-in-law, Ken Lindey and Joan Lindey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to Royal Rose Place or Welland Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
