She was predeceased by: her parents, Bindert DeHaan and Tina DeHaan; her grandson Pieter; her sister Bess; and her brother-in-law Chris.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Spyker; her children, Christina (Douglas), Marlene (Bryan), Pete (Alice), Brian (Tacy) and Evy (Peter); and her siblings, Marge (Ralph), Tess (Ike) and Seymour (Pat). She is also survived by Oma to her many beloved great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Open Arms Mission or Cairn Christian School in memory of Evelyn Spyker.
