With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Notar (Welland, Ontario), who passed away on April 25, 2018 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Rose; his siblings, Joseph and Mary; and his nephew Scott.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Sielicki (Joe) and Kathy McKean (Ian); his granddaughters, Samantha Sielicki and Alexandria Sielicki; his siblings, Alex (Rosemarie), Isabel Dean and Gloria Kowalczyk (Eddy); and his friend Jan Beattie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
