He was predeceased by: his wife Angela; his parents, Michele and Rosina; his brothers, Basilio and Vittorio; his brother-in-law Luigi Marasco; and his sisters, Maria Molinaro (Raffaele) and Graziella Maruca (Umberto).
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Frank of Mississauga and Vincent Mario (Brenda) of Welland; his grandchildren, Stephanie Inkster (Jason), Trepany Falvo (Adrian Miller), Matthew Falvo (Romina Kolodziejska), Mary-Grace Falvo (Steve Elgie), Bryce Falvo, Julia Walters (Jonathyn) and Stapley Falvo (Evan Culbert); his great grandchildren, Zachary, Chelsea Inkster, Gordon Walters and Vesper Falvo; his brother John (Rosemarie); and his sisters-in-law, Lidia Falvo, Clara Cimino (Frank), Grace Falvo and Ida Marasco.
