He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrett Carpenter and Irene Carpenter; his siblings, John Carpenter (Mary Ann) and Mary Jane Baker (late Earl); his in-laws, John and Rose Aceti; and his grandchildren, Emma and Joah Carpenter.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Krista (Andrew) and Ryan (Kathy); his grandchildren, Hannah, Roan, Mallory Carpenter, Gabriel and Nathaniel Steele; and his brother Michael (Debbie).
