He was predeceased by: his parents, Imre Matyas and Elizabeth Matyas; and his sister Mary Braico. He is survived by: his wife Ilona; his children, Andrea Mena (Herb), Christina Fazari (Rick) and Imre Matyas; his grandchildren, Micela Yassin (Sala), Matteo Borrelli, Tennessee Matyas and Nico Fazari; his great grandchild Sami; and his sisters, Elizabeth Hegyes (Les), Margaret Fortin and Martha Matyas. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
