She was predeceased by: her husband John Hine; her children, Chris Hine and Fran Kleinsteuber (Tim); her grandchildren, Tori Kleinsteuber (Phil Skladowski) and Allie Kleinsteuber; her parents, Christopher Hewitson and Mary Hewitson; and her brother Richard Hewitson (Shirley). She is also survived by her nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (77 Division St, Welland, ON L3B3Z8).
