We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2025, at the age of 83, Jack Chambers (Welland, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jack departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jack. Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his son Steven; and his parents, Harry Chambers and Sarah Chambers of Port Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his daughter Michelle (Jim Taylor) of North Vancouver; his granddaughters, Caleigh, Sarah, Fiona and Nora; and his sisters, Diane Summers (Alton) of Beaverdams and Carol Kaismir (Larry) of Thorold.
