He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Doucet; his sister-in-law Louise Doucet; his parents, Daniel Doucet and Genevieve Doucet; his brothers, Leon, Raymond, Jean-Claude, Marcel and Clairmont; his in-laws, George and Violet Doan; and his sister-in-law Cheryl.

He is survived by: his children, Tina Pribanich (John), Tammy West (Jim), Shelley Doucette (Dave) and Jason Doucet (Tracy); his grandchildren, Mike, Matt (Leanne), Ashley (Travis), Eden, Karley (Jordan), Meagen, Austin (Rebeka) and Sydney (Larry); his great grandchildren, Emersyn, Akeelah, Imani, John Jr., Saige and Koa; his siblings, Renée (Alice), Laurette (George), Jacqueline (Fred), Yolande and Dennis (Phyllis); and his siblings-in-law, Rejeanne Doucet, Rachelle Doucet, Trudy Doucet, Faith Edwards (Ken), Mel Terreberry and Don Light. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
