She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Tom Welsh; her children, Yvonne Bellows (David), Tommy Welsh (Yasna), Michael Welsh and Kathy Noebel (Burke); her grandchildren, Deidre (Jesse), Tyler (Treasa), Greg (Jessica), Kara (Kory) and Briceton; and her siblings, Serge, Andrew (Deedee), Lucien (Sharon), Bruno (Shirley) and Julie Munro.
Donations in honour of Jean, made to Juravinski Cancer Centre or the Niagara SPCA, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
