She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McEwen and Jessie McEwen (Colquhoun); her brother Herbert McEwen; and her husband William Armstrong of Welland. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Alward of Welland, Jane Edmond of Pickering and Richard Armstrong of Welland; and her grandsons, William Alward of Welland and Callum Edmond of Pickering.
