She was predeceased by: her father Giuseppe Fabiani. She is survived by: her husband Frank Guardari; her children, Cassandra Holder (Kyle), Vincent Guardari (Alissa) and Luca Guardari; her grandchildren, Hayden, Lana and Kara; her mother Angela Fabiani; and her sister Rosemary Munger (Frank). She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to two of Josie's favourite charities that have enriched the life of her family; Help a Child Smile and Make-a-Wish Canada.
