He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjory and Stewart; and his siblings, Paul and Anne McGibbon. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Kevin (Sharon Whaling) and Barry (Danielle); and his siblings, Donna Sullivan (Alan) of Kingston, ON. and Ron (Rita) of Oliver, B. C.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private family service and internment at Doan's Ridge Cemetery.
