He is survived by: his sister Jean Woods; his spouse Elizabeth Addison; his significant other Diane Sauder; his children, Terri Proulx, Andrew (Debbie), Richard (Katharine Loevy) and Allan (Nancy Manning); his grandchildren, Alex McGregor (Amanda), Nicholas McGregor (Jessica), Aimé Loevy McGregor, Elizabeth McGregor and John Manning; his niece Trish Woods (George VanHoose); his nephew Duncan Beaton (Chris McColman); and his former wife Elizabeth McGregor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Fonthill United Church, Silver Spire United Church (St Catharines Ontario), or the Canadian Cancer Society in John's name would be appreciated.
