He is survived by: his spouse Patrice; his son John Jr. (Suzie); his child-in-law Kim Lewis (Brad); his grandchildren, Stewart (Mandi), Andy (Sarah), Sarah (Phil) and Shannon (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Aubriana, Maverick and Myla-Rose.
