He was predeceased by: his brothers, Vincent D'Amico and John D'Amico. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Michael, Lucia (Jerry LaPine), Joanne (David Jones) and Donna; his grandchildren, Ryan Jones and Sara Jones; his great grandchildren, Sadie and Maren Jones; his siblings, Jerry D'Amico, Gina Fantilli and Gemma Manzo; and his friend J. Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
