He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence and Elizabeth (Betty); and his brother Ken (Lynda). He is survived by: his brother Russ Kruitz (Kim); his son Dan (Tammy); his grandchild Sheridan Kruitz; his wife Christina Kruitz (Tina); his nieces and nephews, Kristine, Kathryn, Chris and Stephanie (Graham); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sienna, Keira, Hudson Botchford, Parker, Finn Pecman and Kinsley Kruitz; and his uncle John Kaizer (late Doreen).
