Lawrence Duggan Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Lindsay), Kim (Jim Thibodeau) and Chris (Anne Duncan); his grandchildren, Devon, Abby, David, Cate, Mark and Vanny; his siblings, Eric (Mary Ellen) and Marybeth; and his siblings-in-law, Gloria Stanley (Callum) and Arthur Stanley (Holly).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pelham Funeral Home (1292 Pelham St, Fonthill, ON L0S1E0). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Central United Church (12 Young St, Welland, ON L3B4C4). A reception was held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Hope Centre of Welland.
