She is survived by: her husband Louis Gifford Carter; her children, Edith Thoms (late Harvey) and David Carter; her grandchildren, Joy Mitchell (Rick), Michael Thoms (Dawne), Loriann Thoms (Trevor Comer), Kelly Morris (Dereck Woldenga) and Shari Deguara (Larry); her great grandchildren, Will, Beth, Kate Mitchell, Braeden (Becca), Brycen, Brodie Thoms, Matthew, Ian Comer and Samantha Morris; her siblings, Pearl (Fares) and Barrick (late Merle); Sandy Carter (Jim Hurley).
