She was predeceased by: her husband Louis; her daughter Cathy; her parents, Steve Simai and Anna Simai; and her siblings, Betty Swartz (Joe) and Steve (Velma).
She is survived by: her daughters, Joy D'Onofrio (John), Patty Sciarra (Tony), Carolyn Forster (Mark) and Christine Herman (Kevin Skuta); her grandchildren, Jennifer D'Onofrio (Brian), Johnathan D'Onofrio (Cassandra), Justin Forster (Timara), Angelique and Skylar Skuta; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Madison and Lilly; her brother Bill; and her sister-in-law Sandy Simai of Burlington.
