With solemn reverence, we commemorate Maria Mannella (Welland, Ontario), whose life came to an end on September 21, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefano Rubino and Nunziata Rubino; her husband Vincenzo Mannella; her sister Luisa Guizzetti (Giovanni); and her son Steve Mannella.
She is survived by: her stepmother Anna Rubino; her children, Frances Mannella, Bruno Mannella, Nancy Wilson (Alan), Anna Mannella and MaryLou Crevier (Rick); her grandchildren, Vincent (Eugena), Casie (Matthew), Anthony (Mariela), Robert, Mariah and Steven; and her great grandchildren, Ronan, River and Mila. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the J. J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence (19 Young St, Welland, ON L3B4C5). A vigil service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church (22 Golden Blvd E, Welland, ON L3B1H4). An entombment was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens (2250 ON-20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6).
Donations in Maria's memory may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada or St. Andrew's Church.
