She was predeceased by: her parents, George Johnston and Margaret Johnston; and her siblings, Joan Johnston, Maggie Johnston, Betty Cote and Bobby Johnston.

She is survived by: her child Jaimie Journeaux (Mike); her siblings, Bill Johnston (Nancy), Judy Vaccaro (Tom), Barry Johnston and Gary Johnston; and her sister-in-law Marie Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
