He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Cherwonogrodzky and Kyrylo Cherwonogrodzky. He is survived by: his siblings, Anne (Cambridge), John, Marussa, Roman and Peter (Welland).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the J. J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence (19 Young St, Welland, ON L3B4C5). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Church (411 Harriet St, Welland, ON L3B2H9). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (50 Woodlawn Rd, Welland, ON L3C3J4).
