He is survived by: his wife Connie; his parents, Dennis and Suzanne; his sister Julie Forsythe (Scott); his brother-in-law Matt Sabo (Lori); and his close friends, Teddy and Georgia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
