It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Moskalyk (Welland, Ontario), who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Gary Moskalyk. He is survived by: his mother Susan Moskalyk; his sister Stephanie Faris (Craig); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Tyler and Emmett. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

As a memorial tribute, a tree will be planted through The Niagara Woodlands Restoration Program.
