She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Azotini; her parents, Gerard and Alfreda; her sisters, Carmel, Diane and Louise; and her parents-in-law, Giuseppe and Matilda.

She is survived by: her children, Ginette Avolio (Nino), Frank Azotini (Cherie) and Michael Azotini (Valerie); her brother Denis Laverdiere (Ginette); her grandchildren, Ryan, Kevin, Jason, Kenny, Eden and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Damien, Max, Kaiden and Hayden.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, visitation and funeral attendance will be private and by family invitation only.

If desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated by the family.
