He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather; and his parents, Elwyn Jenkins and Gwendolyn Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Maria.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Phil to the St. David's Church in Welland or the Niagara Health Intensive Care Unit would be greatly appreciated by Phil's family.
