He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Alexander and Eva Alexander; and his brother-in-law Arthur Kingma. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Lisa and David; and his siblings, Susan (Miki Szabo), Gloria Kingma, Harry (Carolyn Alexander), Barb (Garry Evans), Robert (Ann King) and Jim (Lori King).
