We announce the death of Robert Hand of Welland, Ontario, who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 79. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hand (Fred) and Doris Hand; and his brothers, Bill (Zee Hand) and Peter (Lucy Hand). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Hand; his children, Karen Henderson, Rob Hand (Cora Cruz), Kelle Baker (Andrew Hall) and David Hand (Chelsea); his daughter-in-law Lynn Hand; his grandchildren, Meghan, Kristyn, Laura, Carrie, Tyler, Logan, Keira, Jaxon, Alex, Gabe and Thea; his sisters, Margaret Harvey (Bob) and Kathy Buckle (Mike); and his brother-in-law Stephen Lee (Julie). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.
