He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Demers and Edith Demers; and his sister Lucille. He is survived by: his children, Tyler and Kaylee McIntosh (Kyle); his granddaughters, Madeleine and Paisley; his siblings, Rick (Dorothy), Rene (Marilyn), Lise (Gaston) and Lorraine (George); his brother-in-law Syd; and his girlfriend Debbie Rivers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the charity KidSport Canada (or your local chapter) in honor of Ron.
