He was predeceased by: his parents, George Procter and May Procter; and his siblings, Raymond Procter, Doreen Steele, Rosemary Beaulieu and Jane Procter.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Tom Procter, Sherry Procter and Tracey Chasse (Aurelio); his sister Penny Morningstar (John); and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Procter, Joyce and Ralph Cocks.
The family will receive their friends at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. followed by a service at 1:30 p.m. In Ronald's memory, in lieu of flowers show love and be kind to someone.
