Teresa Shirkie Obituary

The memory of Teresa Shirkie (Welland, Ontario), who passed away on November 29, 2025 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her spouse Bernie Shirkie; and her siblings, Eric Spence, Gail McKay (Ross), Lois Golden, David, Karen, Betty (John), Teddy and Gary (Debbie).

She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Golden and Grace; and her siblings' children, Rachel, John, Ryan, Mathew, Amy, Lena, Eric, Justin, Amanda, Darrel, Virginia, Craig, Jeff, Ashley, Charlotte, Curtis, Daniel, Phillip, Stephanie, Chris, James, Thomas and Jacob. She is also survived by her many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the H. L. Cudney Funeral Home (241 W Main St, Welland, ON L3C5A4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
