He was predeceased by: his nephew Frank Takacs of Welland. He is survived by: his wife Diane Takacs (Poirier); his children, Michael, Lisa and Dustin; his brother Joseph Takacs; his nephews, Jeff, Kevin and Greg; and his niece Karen.
