He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Woodhead and Geraldine Woodhead; and his parents-in-law, John and Jackie Mathieson. He is survived by: his significant other Madeline; his sons, Sean (Carissa) and James (Bailey); his grandson Harlan of Port Colborne; and his siblings-in-law, Colleen Mathieson, Frank, Kimm Mathieson, Bob, Melanie Mathieson, Anne-Marie, Steve Fulton, Helen, Paul Fulton, Don Mathieson, Bill McCreight, Dan, Carolyn Mathieson and Mark Mathieson of Lake Forest, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stratford Perth Community Foundation (Mathieson Family Fund).
