It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Umberto Colonico of Welland, Ontario, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Damiano and Anna; his sisters, Angelina (late Orlando), Maria (late Mario) and Gina; and his brother-in-law Livio Spinosa (late Lisa).

He is survived by: his wife Rosa; his children, Dave (Barbara Mantini), Gino (Amber Denomme) and Anna (Jeff Thomas); his grandchildren, Robert, Andrew, Anthony, Alexandra, Jacob and Emily; and his siblings-in-law, Emilio Spinosa (Armida), Lina Spinosa (Silvio), Pierina Spinosa (Mario), Agata Spinosa and Mike Federico.

In memory of Umberto, donations may be made to Wellspring Niagara.
