He is survived by : his children, Vicki (Kevin), Jeff (Kelly), Derek (Katrina) and Julie (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessica, Samantha, Clayton, Marcus, Emma, Heather, Haley and Cole; and his great grandchildren, Addison and Kaylie.
