She was predeceased by : her siblings, Lorne Killins and Hilda Swick (late Roy); and her parents, Cecil Killins and Gertrude Killins. She is survived by : her husband Hugh Percy Crooks; her children, Pamela Crooks and Patrick Crooks (Angela); her grandchildren, Travis (Nicole), Samantha, Casondra (Jordan), Colton (Natalie) and Jamiee; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Wyatt and Kira; and her brother Harold Killins (late Vera).

Memorial donations to Dunnville Hospital and Healthcare Foundation (Palliative Care), or Merritt's United Church, would be appreciated by the family and if desired can be made through the funeral home.
