She was predeceased by : her former life partner Benoit Fregeau; and her son Robert Fregeau. She is survived by : her husband Leo Racine; and her stepchildren, Shelley Ottelé, Kevin Racine and Angela Racine.

“Mary always had a zeal for life. She was excited to hear from us even though we couldn't make it out to their place very often. She loved to have others over and cherished all the cards we sent her over the years. She was proud of her son Bobby and husband Leo. I believe she was proud of us as well. The last time the family was all together was our 25th anniversary. She was unable to host us these last few years. We'll miss you Mary. See you in heaven! Love Shelley & Dave Ottele”
