He is survived by: his wife Dale; his children, Derek (Linda), Alan (Lisa) and Kerry (John); his stepsons, Jason (Nadia) and Jeff (Lisa); his granddaughter Jennifer; his great grandchild Lily; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Mike, Gracie, Rowan, Justin, Cody, Nicole, Alex, Jaina, Mason, Patrick and Maggie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hospice Wellington or the Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) Foundation, in gratitude for their compassionate care would be appreciated.
