He was predeceased by : his parents, Ken Carroll and Betty Carroll. He is survived by : his children, Nick (Kayla) and Lisa (Steven); his grandchildren, John Henry and Addison Iralyn; his siblings, Susan (Jim), James (Ruthann), Donna (Barrie), Heather and Sally (Rob); and also Linda Carroll.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Prince Edward county would be greatly appreciated by the family. In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in Chris's honor.
