It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Heard (Wellington, Ontario), who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Derek Heard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Heard and Nellie Heard; his wife Jinnie (Fuller); and his daughter Jane Fobert (Ray) of Belleville. He is survived by : his daughters, Nancy Cox (Tim) of Bloomfield and Sue Crnic (Ray) of Canberra; his grandchildren, Dylan Cox (Vicki), Meghan Stevens (Eddie), Neil Crnic (Sasha), Alicia Iervasi (Anthony) and Amy Leech (Ben) of Australia; and his brother Arthur Heard. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and friends.
