She was predeceased by : her husband Lourenco; her children, Gina Lima and Angelo Machado; and her siblings, Maria, Leonel, Manuel and Recil.

She is survived by : her sisters, Alice Tavares (Johan) and Lucia Brum (late Jose). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
