He is survived by: his wife Renee Kleinjan; his child Courtney (Justin); his grandson Calvin; his son Chad (Nicole); his grandchildren, Tucker, Miles, Quinn, Mallory, Jo-Lynn (Jake) and Joel (Maddy); his brother Pete (Leah); his nephew Adam; his sister Rosanne (Kevin); his siblings' children, Ben, Brandon, Molly and Annemarie (Ed); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paige and Matthew; his stepmother Donna Kleinjan; his parents-in-law, Don Clarke (Edna) and Sandra Ford (Irvin); his brother-in-law Fabio; his children, Kelly, Amanda, Michael and Lexis; his pet Marshmallow; Kim Lunn, Ryan Gamble and Joe.
