He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Waal and Maria De Waal (van Zwam). He is survived by: his wife Hilda De Waal (Bormann); his children, Rose, Jim Quick, Gerry and Jo Anne De Waal; his granddaughters, Michelle, Christine Quick and Jennifer De Waal; and his great grandchildren, Dallas and Victoria.
Donations in memory of Abraham to the ALS Society of Canada and the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
